customers that return year after year. We are grateful to have the opportunity to provide you with quality accommodations here in beautiful Ashland. We do not have a deposit but we do have a cleaning fee that is not refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

We honor cancellations thirty days in advance if the reserved nights can be rebooked. From the moment we take a reservation we begin turning down other requests for those same dates. Thank you for your understanding.
